How to Shop

Our website has been designed with a simple navigation system to ensure that you find exactly what it is you are looking for.

Website Layout
The website has been designed in three sections:

• Upper Navigation Menu
  Across the top of the page you will see various links to our Home Page, Product Catalogue, Latest News, About Us, Contact Us and Links pages.
• Search Facility and Shopping Cart
  Here you will find our Contact Telephone Number, Payment Methods Accepted, Search Facility and Shopping Cart Area.
• Product Category and Infomation Finder Menu
  On the left hand side of the page you will see our Product Category menu which covers the whole of our product range and our Information Finder menu which includes Latest News, About Us, The Shop, Terms, How to Shop, Security, New Products & Services and Links pages.

Upper Navigation Menu
By clicking on either of the links at the top of the page you will be able to find out more information regarding our Home Page, Product Catalogue, Latest News, About Us, Contact Us and Links pages. Therefore you can:

• Visit our Home page and browse our current Special Offers
• Visit our Product Catalogue page and browse through every single product that we supply
• Visit our Latest News page and catch up on all the latest information regarding the Keen Tools team and individual product news
• Visit the About Us page and find out exactly who we are and what we can do for you
• Visit our Contact Us page and email us with any of your thoughts or queries regarding our product range
• Visit our Links page to find related websites that may be of interest to you

Search Facility, Shopping Cart and Account Login/Information

• Search Facility
  Our advanced search facility allows you to search for any particular products that you are looking for by entering a keyword. A list of results will be displayed relevant to your search. If you cannot find what it is you are looking for please feel free to contact us either by phone or by using our Contact Us link at the top of the page.
• Shopping Cart
  The Shopping Cart is broken down into three simple stages:

·         Adding Contents To The Shopping Cart: A product is automatically added to your Shopping Cart when you click on any of the "Add to Basket" icons. The quantity and value is then shown in the Shopping Cart area. As you add more products to your cart the value accumulates accordingly.

·         Viewing And Amending Your Shopping Cart: To view the contents of your cart simply click the link "View Cart", a new page will be displayed detailing the contents of your shopping cart. You are given the option to increase or decrease the quantity of each individual product that you have placed in the cart. If you are happy with your selection you can either choose to continue shopping or select "Checkout & Pay" to complete your order.

·         Checkout: Once you have selected the "Checkout & Pay" link you will be asked to fill in our one page checkout which includes your billing and/or shipping address, and payment details.

Product Category and Information Finder Menu

• Product Category Menu
  Here you will find a list of product categories down the left hand side of the page. This menu covers our entire product catalogue. By clicking on a product category you will be introduced to the product range within that category. To ensure simple navigation we have listed various products into a product group. This allows us to display all varieties of a particular product on one page.
  You will see that, once clicked upon, some Product Categories have a Sub Category assigned to it. This appears when we have a large range of products related to that Product Category. When you have found the product or product group that you are looking for you can either click the "More Information", "View Specification" or "Customer Reviews" links. By clicking on "More Information" you will see a detailed description of that particular product. You then have the option to "Add to Basket" view the "Specification", "FAQ's", "Reviews" and further "Images".
• Information Finder Menu
  This menu allows you to find out more information regarding Keen Tools and any news regarding our product range. We have also included our Terms & Conditions and Security information page.
